These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the website https://rewards-ca.com and the use of the Casino Rewards services made available through that site (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and replace any earlier versions applicable to Casino Rewards for Canadian players.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- "Operator" means, as applicable to your location:
- Fresh Horizons Ltd, licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission (KGC), in relation to Canadian players located outside Ontario; and
- Apollo Entertainment Limited, registered with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and operating through iGaming Ontario (iGO), in relation to players located in Ontario.
- "Website" or "Site" means the online platform available at https://rewards-ca.com, including all sub-pages, content, and associated interfaces through which the Services are offered under the Casino Rewards brand.
- "User" or "Player" means any natural person who has registered or attempts to register an account on the Website and/or uses the Services.
- "Account" means a personal, unique account opened and maintained by a User on the Website for the purpose of accessing the Services.
- "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake of real money and/or bonus funds placed by you on any game, event, or outcome offered on the Website.
- "Game(s)" means any casino, slots, table, live-dealer, poker, or other gambling products offered on the Website from time to time.
- "Bonus" means any promotional value, including but not limited to bonus money, free spins, free bets, cashback, loyalty points, or other promotional instruments granted by the Operator, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount you must stake in eligible Games using real money and/or bonus funds before Bonus funds or winnings derived from Bonuses become withdrawable.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identification and verification process required by law and regulation, including the collection and assessment of documents and information to verify your identity, age, residence, payment methods, and source of funds as applicable.
- "Prohibited Jurisdictions" means any jurisdictions from which access to the Services is not permitted by the Operator or any applicable law or regulation.
- "We", "Us", and "Our" refer to the Operator as defined above.
- "You" and "Your" refer to the User or Player using the Services.
Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Requirements
- Minimum age: You may only open an Account and use the Services if you are at least 18 years old or the minimum legal age for gambling in your province or territory of residence, whichever is higher.
- Residence: You must be physically located in Canada and not in a Prohibited Jurisdiction when placing Bets. Ontario residents and persons located in Ontario will be serviced under Apollo Entertainment Limited's AGCO/iGO authorization; other Canadian residents will be serviced under Fresh Horizons Ltd's KGC authorization.
- One account per person: You may hold only one Account for Casino Rewards on rewards-ca.com. Multiple, duplicate, shared, or third-party Accounts are prohibited.
Account Creation Process
- Registration form: You must complete the online registration form, providing full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, telephone number (if requested), and any other information required.
- Email verification: We may require you to verify your email address by following a verification link sent to the email you provide. Until verification is completed, access to some or all Services may be restricted.
- KYC checks: At registration and at any time thereafter, we may require:
- Government-issued photo identification (e.g., passport, driver's licence);
- Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
- Proof of payment method ownership; and/or
- Evidence of source of funds or wealth, where required by applicable laws or our internal policies.
- Accuracy of data: You warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date, and you agree to promptly update any changes (for example, address, email, or payment details). Providing false or misleading information may lead to Account suspension, voiding of Bets, forfeiture of Bonuses and winnings, and/or termination.
User Obligations and Account Security
- Confidentiality of credentials: You are solely responsible for keeping your username, password, and any other Account credentials confidential. You must not disclose them to any third party or allow any third party to access your Account.
- Unauthorized use: You are responsible for all activity on your Account. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must immediately:
- Change your password; and
- Notify us at [email protected].
- Prohibited use: You agree not to use the Services:
- On behalf of any other person or as part of any group or syndicate;
- For any unlawful, fraudulent, or money-laundering/terrorist financing purpose; or
- In breach of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
- Verification and account review: We may, in our sole discretion and at any time, conduct additional KYC, affordability, and responsible gambling assessments. Failure to cooperate may result in suspension or closure of your Account.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Rules for Placing Bets
- Availability of Games: The selection of Games is provided by licensed software suppliers (including platforms certified by eCOGRA for RNG and payout performance). Not all Games may be available in all jurisdictions.
